• Edit clips in a deceptive or harmful way.
• Participate in harassment, hate speech, bullying, or targeted negativity.
• Upload NSFW, explicit, or graphic content.
• Share private or sensitive personal information.
• Encourage hate or attacks toward Wendy or others featured in content.

All users are expected to act respectfully and professionally.

3. Context & Accuracy

Clips must fairly represent the original content and context.

Users agree that:

• Captions must remain accurate and not misleading.
• Clips may not intentionally remove context to create false narratives.
• Additional clarification should be added when needed.
• Content may not be manipulated to falsely portray actions, opinions, or statements.

We reserve the right to remove misleading content at any time.

4. Watermarks & Attribution

To maintain proper credit and transparency:

• All clips must include the required watermark.
• Captions must clearly state the original platform source when required.
• Users may not remove creator attribution, branding, or ownership identifiers.

Failure to properly credit source material may result in penalties or removal.

5. Intellectual Property

By submitting content, you confirm that:

• You have the right to upload and distribute the content.
• Your content does not violate copyright, trademark, or intellectual property laws.
• Submitted content may be reviewed for moderation, analytics, and operational purposes.

The Platform does not claim ownership of user content but may remove content that violates these Terms.

6. Platform Integrity

Users may not:

• Manipulate analytics, views, or engagement.
• Use bots, fake engagement, or fraudulent activity.
• Attempt unauthorized access to accounts, systems, or APIs.
• Circumvent bans, restrictions, or moderation actions.

Violations may result in suspension or permanent removal.

7. Suspension & Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that:

• Violate these Terms.
• Upload misleading or harmful content.
• Engage in harassment, hate, or abuse.
• Harm the reputation, safety, or integrity of the Platform or community.

Severe violations may result in immediate termination without warning.

8. Third-Party Platforms

Users are responsible for following the rules and policies of any third-party platforms where content is posted, including TikTok, YouTube, Twitch, Discord, Kick, Instagram, and X.

The Platform is not responsible for strikes, takedowns, demonetization, bans, or other actions taken by third-party services.

9. Payouts & Platform Disclaimer

Wotion Clippers reserves the right to review, adjust, reject, or withhold payouts for fraudulent, botted, duplicated, or ineligible submissions.

Users are responsible for any taxes or legal obligations related to payouts received.

Participation in the clipping program does not create any employment or contractor relationship with Wotion Clippers.

Wotion Clippers is not affiliated with or endorsed by TikTok, YouTube, Twitch, Discord, Kick, Instagram, X, CapCut, or any third-party platform.

10. Disclaimer

The Platform is provided "as is" without guarantees of uninterrupted access, monetization, engagement, or account growth.

We reserve the right to modify, update, or discontinue features or requirements at any time.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms periodically. Continued use of the Platform after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
